REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At NOVÉRA, we stand fully behind what we make. Every NOVÉRA Pro™ is backed by our Peace-of-Mind Promise: a 30-day trial and a 2-year warranty. If it doesn't change the way you clean, we haven't earned your trust — and we'll refund you.

30-DAY TRIAL
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to decide if NOVÉRA is right for you. Use it, test it in your kitchen, your bathroom, on your windows. If you don't love it, start a return and we'll refund the price of the product.

RETURN CONDITIONS
- The item must be returned complete (handle, brush heads and charging cable) and in a condition that allows inspection.
- Please keep the original packaging if you can — it helps us process your return faster.
- We'll need your order number or the email you used to purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at santiagojedavzla@gmail.com with the subject "Return + your order number".
2. Within 24-48 h we'll send you the instructions and the return address.
3. Once we receive and check the item, we'll process your refund.

REFUNDS
After your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you as soon as we process it.

2-YEAR WARRANTY
If your NOVÉRA shows a manufacturing defect within 2 years, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty does not cover normal wear of the brush heads or damage from misuse, drops or unauthorized handling.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 72 h with a photo and we'll fix it right away — no need to return anything first.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error or a defect, we cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
